Equally important are company values. All companies have values however; not all companies practice values that when followed turn their vision into a reality.  If your vision is to be the fastest suit tailor in town you should aim for values that encourage that. For example, “We value people’s time.” Having this value should lead to employees being aware of their productivity and the fact that every second of their time they waste, is a second they waste of the company and its client’s time, which goes against the companies values and goal.
