Investing in talent is also something any good business leader should become accustom to early in the business. A lot of leaders face the same obstacle, they tend to have a ‘Jack of all trades master of none’ work ethic. When most professionals are starting their business they care so much about the project and want it to succeed that their concern can cause it to fail. Because they want to make sure everything is done perfectly, inevitable either they take on more then they can handle and become overwhelmed then fail or they get burnout and give up. You can have the best product in the world but if you don’t have the employees to get it to the public it won’t matter. A good leader knows that they can’t do it all. The best leaders don’t invest in a person’s time, they invest in their talent, they find like minded people who can and will get things done in accordance to their shared vision or goal.
